Our cozy studio apartment is perfect for short or long-term guests. You get a private/secure entrance, brand new refrigerator and stove in the kitchen, TV, A/C, fan, and WiFi, washer + dryer and the pool is just steps away.

We have 4 homes in our section and security guards who keep us safe 24/7. Very safe to walk alone, during the day and night.

We have 2 parking spots inside the main gate for 2 SUV type of cars and a number of mopeds. There is, of course, parking on the street as well.
